The Fratelli Islands ( French Îles Fratelli , Arabic رشادة الأخوان, DMG Rašādat al-Aḫawān , German Brethren Islands) are two uninhabited Tunisian rocky islands in the Mediterranean . They are located about 4 km north of the North African coast not far from Cape Serrat and administratively belong to the Bizerte Governorate . The cliffs, rising steeply up to 20 m in height from the Mediterranean Sea with ground plan areas of 0.9 and 0.3 hectares, are a breeding area for the Eleonora's falcon ( Falco eleonorae ) or the yellow-billed shearwater ( Calonectris diomedea ).
