Freddy Vargas
Freddy Vargas Castellanos (born October 11, 1982 in Mucuchíes ) is a Venezuelan cyclist .
Freddy Vargas won a stage at the Vuelta al Táchira in 2002 and was able to win the overall standings. In the next few years until 2012 he won stages of international tours , including three more sections of the Vuelta al Táchira and two of the Tour de la Guadeloupe . He also finished third in the time trial of the Venezuelan U23 championship in 2003.
