Freight One ( Russian Первая грузовая компания , Perwaja grusowaja kompanija ) is the largest Russian rail transport company. The company owns 196,300 freight cars , which is 16% of Russia's total fleet .
The RŽD founded the company in 2007 to experiment with simpler tariffs and standardized transport contracts . In 2011 the company was sold to UCL Holding by Vladimir Lissin .
