The UCL Holding bundles the transport activities of Russian billionaire Vladimir Lisin . The holding includes UCL Rail, UCL Port and VBTH.
UCL Rail owns Freight One , a former subsidiary of RŽD , and the Grjasi wagon depot . Freight One is the largest private railway company in Russia with an 18% market share and 200,000 freight wagons . UCL Port offers loading services in various Russian ports ( Ust-Luga , Taganrog , Tuapse ). V bth is the parent company of the shipping companies Volga Shipping Company , North-Western Shipping Company , WF tankers and Vodohod and the shipyard Okskaja Sudowerf in navashino .
