The house is located north of the historic Quedlinburg old town and is listed as a residential building in the Quedlinburg monument register.
Architecture and history
The two-story building was built at the beginning of the 20th century. The plastered semi-detached house has a risalit in front of each house half on the street side , which is crowned by an ornamental gable . The southern half of the house is designed in the Heimatstil , the northern half in the Art Nouveau style.
