Lawsuit and reply
According to the judgment of the Offenburg Regional Court, the Freizeit Revue had to publish a reply to the headline "Helene Fischer - The Baby Interview. Sensational, What Her Boyfriend Reveals" from April 2019, as it falsely suggests that an interview with her partner would have been conducted. After an incorrect reply, Freizeit Revue sued for a fine . The second lawsuit was also decided against Freizeit Revue.
