Band history

The project consisted of rapper Michael "Ameer" Williams and singer Terry Dean in the mid-1990s. Lee York (aka Norbert Kreuzer) and Rick Layne (aka Abraham Lin), who have worked together successfully for After One , En-Sonic and Ultramatix , produced the R&B and funk- influenced pop songs. All four musicians also participated in the songwriting .

In 1996 the title Pop, Rock, Soul, Funk Forever entered the German charts . Musically it is based on the title A Night to Remember by Shalamar from 1982. In 1997, Fresh 'n' Funky was followed by another single, which made it into the German charts. In addition to these two songs, Welcome to the Club (1997) and Now or Never (1998) became radio hits in Germany. The only album Mission: Funky! hit stores in 1997. After the single Carry On 1999 went unnoticed, Fresh 'n' Funky separated.
