The Frickenhöhle is a natural karst cave near the Upper Bavarian municipality of Farchant in the Garmisch-Partenkirchen district in Bavaria .
The cave is halfway up at 1,258 m on the western slope of the Hohe Fricken, west of Farchant. The cave can be reached as a detour on the hiking trail from Farchant in about 1 Pfad hours on a steep path. The cave is 3,222 m long and has a height difference of about 60 m. Shortly behind the entrance there is a lake that can only be dived through with neoprene or climbed around with rope. In the further part there are several siphons .
