Friedel Dries

Friedel Dries (born December 24, 1928 in Eibingen ; † 1991 ) was a German non-fiction author.

Dries wrote several standard works of specialist literature in the field of training in hotels and restaurants. Since 1965 he has written around 50 books, most of which have been published by Pfanneberg . These are textbooks for vocational training as well as compilations of examination tasks for the respective professional qualifications.
