Friedemann Merkel

Friedemann Merkel (born January 28, 1929 in Freiburg im Breisgau ; † May 11, 2004 ) was a German Protestant theologian.

Life

From 1954 he was a research assistant and lecturer at the University of Heidelberg . After graduating as Dr. theol. In Heidelberg on May 10, 1958, he became a pastor and lecturer at the Predigerseminar Bad Kreuznach in 1960 . He was appointed to the Church University of Berlin in 1965. He was appointed to the University of Münster in 1970.
