architecture
The residential building is a freestanding plastered building on a rectangular floor plan in two-storey construction with seven window axes under a gable roof pierced by a bat dormer . The surrounding park-like garden area with valuable old trees stretches from Friedensstraße to the course of the old Niers and is a listed building. A plastered brick wall from 1915 with a clay tile cover surrounds the garden area and is placed under protection as the original substance of the property.
