The Warsaw Cemetery Synagogue was the synagogue of the Jewish cemetery of Warsaw Jews.

history

The cemetery synagogue was on Okopowa Street. The building was erected in 1877 according to plans by the architect Adolf Schimmelpfennig and destroyed by the German occupiers on May 15, 1943, one day before the Great Synagogue was blown up. This destruction marked the end of the uprising in the Warsaw ghetto . The two death halls next to the synagogue were used to keep the dead, on the left for the men, on the right for the women.
