Friedrich George Born

Friedrich George Born (* 1757 in Belgard ; † September 17, 1807 in Greifenberg ) was a German lawyer, most recently First Mayor of Greifenberg and municipal district administrator .

He was the son of a surgeon in Belgard . From 1776 to 1779 he studied law at the University of Halle . In 1781 he started as an ausculator at the court court of Köslin , in 1782 he became a trainee lawyer here . In 1783 he changed to the Dragoon Regiment XII as a military judge under Major General Johann Nikolaus von Kalckreuth .

Before 1790 he changed to the position of the second mayor of Greifenberg . In 1791 he became first mayor (“consul dirigens”) and municipal district administrator . He died in 1807.
