Friedrich Johann von Ledebur

Friedrich Johann von Ledebur († January 5, 1758 in Stade ) was a royal British and Kur-Braunschweig-Lüneburg major general and head of an infantry regiment.

He rose to the post of colonel in the Borg regiment. When the late Leopold von Hohorst's regiment was divided in July 1748 , he was given a battalion that was made into a special regiment. In March 1757 he became major general. He fought against the French in the Seven Years' War and died of a stroke in Stade in January 1758 .
