Friedrich Menke

Friedrich Menke (born February 12, 1931 in Neubrandenburg ) is a director of studies and a politician. He was a member of the Bremen Citizenship ( CDU ).

biography

After graduating from high school, Menke studied and obtained a doctorate . He worked as a teacher and director of studies in Bremen. He founded the political education work in Bremen under the name Hermann-Ehlers-Akademie (today Bildungswerk Bremen of the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung ) in the 1980s. He is married to Michéle Menke.

Menke was a member of the CDU and was active in various functions. For the CDU from 1975 to 1987, in the 9th, 10th and 11th electoral terms, he was a member of the Bremen citizenship for twelve years and was active in various deputations in the citizenship .

He was chairman of the German-French Society in Bremen.
