Friedrich Radermacher

Friedrich Radermacher (born April 14, 1924 in Düren ) is a German composer and university professor.

Radermacher taught at the Cologne Music Academy from 1952 , and from 1976 until his retirement he was its deputy director. Since then he has devoted himself increasingly to composing. Among other things, he wrote several youth operas, of which Der Esel von Dunkelsbühl became particularly popular.
