Friedrich Wilhelm Clauder
Friedrich Wilhelm Clauder (* 1654 in Altenburg (Thuringia) ; † November 9, 1692 ) was a German doctor, city doctor in Altenburg and member of the scholars' academy " Leopoldina ".
Friedrich Wilhelm Clauder studied medicine in Jena. There he received his doctorate in 1681. In 1686 he married Maria Elisabeth Clauder, the daughter of the physician Gabriel Clauder in Altenburg. Friedrich Wilhelm Clauder became a city doctor in Ronneburg and later in his birthplace Altenburg.
On September 25, 1688 Friedrich Wilhelm Clauder with the nickname THESEUS III. accepted as a member ( matriculation no. 162 ) in the Leopoldina .
