Friedrich Winker

Friedrich Gotthilf Winker (born November 27, 1883 in Knittlingen , † November 16, 1942 in Kreuzthal im Allgäu) was a German politician.

Life, job

After attending primary school, Friedrich Winker trained in Stuttgart for middle-class administrative service and graduated with an administrative service examination. He then worked for the city administration in Stuttgart from 1919 to 1923 as a city registrar. From 1924 to 1927 he was the municipal accountant and from 1928 the municipal chief accountant. In 1930 he became head of the local authority for workers 'and salaried employees' insurance.

Winker was a member of the SPD . In 1919 he was elected to the Württemberg state parliament, to which he was a member until 1933. Since December 17, 1926 he was elected by the state parliament member of the senior evaluation committee at the state tax office. From January 31, 1928 he held the position of a member of the finance court elected by the state parliament.

family

Winker was the son of the accordion maker and managing director Philipp Winker (1847–1927) and Maria Magdalene Winker born. Hotz (* 1851) and had nine siblings. In 1906 he married Emilie Helene Wimpff.
