Friedrich von Mallinckrodt
Friedrich von Mallinckrodt (born August 15, 1894 in Essen , † during the Second World War ) was a German officer and test pilot.
On December 12, 1915, as a young lieutenant pilot in Döberitz , he dared the first test flight of the Junkers J 1 , the world's first all-metal aircraft . In the First World War , after six victories in the air, he was awarded the House Order of Hohenzollern .
He probably fell in World War II .
