Friedrich von Uslar-Gleichen

Friedrich Freiherr von Uslar-Gleichen (* March 6, 1882 ; † May 14, 1945 in Neuruppin ) was a German district administrator during the Nazi era .

He came from the Lower Saxon noble family Uslar-Gleichen . The captain d. R. and NSDAP member ( membership number 314.928) became district administrator in the Prussian district of Ruppin in 1933 . He held this office until the end of the war in 1945.

Freiherr von Uslar-Gleichen was a member of the SS (SS No. 940.056) and was appointed Sturmbannführer on January 30, 1941. As such he worked for the Reich Security Main Office. On April 20, 1944, he was promoted to Obersturmbannführer .

He died on 14 May 1945 in the converted into a military hospital officer summer home (now Seehotel ) Guild Hall in Neuruppin.
