Friedrich zu Stolberg-Stolberg
Friedrich Leopold Johann Heinrich Stephan Maria Graf zu Stolberg-Stolberg (* December 24, 1836 in Schönwitz ; † October 3, 1904 in Brustawe on Thomaswaldau in Silesia ) was the ruler and a member of the Reichstag .
Life
Friedrich was a grandson of the well-known poet Count Friedrich Leopold zu Stolberg-Stolberg and married to Bertha von Falkenhayn. He was Lord of the rulership of Brustawe, kuk Rittmeister , since 1868 member of the board of the Association of Catholic Nobles in Germany and first chairman of the Association of Catholic Nobles in Silesia .
From 1873 to 1884 and from 1887 to 1890 he was a member of the German Reichstag for the constituency of Opole District 10 (Neustadt) for the center . He was particularly prominent here as a Catholic representative in the Kulturkampf .
