Fritz Hauss

Fritz Hauß (born October 27, 1908 , † April 30, 2003 ) was a German lawyer and Vice President of the Federal Court of Justice from 1972 to 1976 .

Life

Hauß , who had previously worked at the Münster Regional Court, was appointed judge at the Federal Court of Justice in 1952. In 1968 he was appointed Senate President (presiding judge). In 1976 Hauß retired. In 1977 he was appointed chairman of the complaints committee of the German Press Council.

Hauß was a member of the Catholic student associations KStV Ravensberg Münster and Semnonia Berlin .
