The Frost Glacier is a glacier on the Banzare coast of the East Antarctic Wilkesland . It flows into the head end of Porpoise Bay .
The American cartographer Gardner Dean Blodgett (* 1925) mapped it in 1955 using aerial photographs of Operation Highjump (1946–1947). The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named him in the same year after John Frost, boatswain on the Porpoise during the United States Exploring Expedition (1838-1842) led by the American polar explorer Charles Wilkes .
