Fruit Logistica
The Fruit Logistica is the leading international trade fair of the fruit trade , on which the whole spectrum of the fruit and vegetable sector will be issued. It has been organized by Messe Berlin since 1993 and is the leading international industry meeting. In 2009 the fair attracted 2200 exhibitors from 78 countries on more than 88,000 m². The number of trade visitors was over 50,000, who came from 120 countries. Freshconex, the trade fair for convenience products in the fresh fruit trade, has been taking place parallel to Fruit Logistica for three years. The Federal Agency for Agriculture and Food is also represented at Fruit Logistica .
The partner country of the 2012 fair was Turkey . The exhibitors expected more than 2,500 companies on 90,000 m² of exhibition space. Other partner countries: 2013 Peru , 2014 Argentina . In 2015 the partner country was Portugal . This year around 65,000 trade visitors from around 130 countries came to 2,785 exhibitors from 83 countries.
