The Fudbalski savez Kosova i Metohije (FSKiM) ( Serbian - Cyrillic Фудбалски савез Косова и Метохије - ФСКиМ , Serbian for "Football Federation of Kosovo and Metohija") is de jure the umbrella organization of all football associations and therefore of all football clubs of international law disputed Kosovo , including Metohija . The association , based in Mitrovica, is one of the five regional associations that are directly subordinate to the Fudbalski savez Srbije (FSS), the Serbian Football Association. De facto , however, the Football Association of Kosovo and Metohija, which is currently based in North Mitrovica , only exercises its function in the region of North Kosovo , which is predominantly inhabited by Serbs and is not controlled by the Albanian- dominated government of Kosovo.
