Fulcrum Wheels srl is an Italian manufacturer of road bike and mountain bike components based in Arcugnano , in the Colli Berici area near Vicenza, which it sells in more than 30 countries. The products are made to order in Asia. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of Campagnolo .
history
Fulcrum Wheels srl was founded in July 2004 by three aerospace engineers. In its first year, Fulcrum Wheels had a turnover of 6 million euros and exported 70 percent of its products abroad.
The company is known for the manufacture of balance bikes, initially for road bike races. The company has been producing off-road wheels and cranks for racing bikes made of CFRP since 2008 .

Fulcrum Wheels uses materials such as aluminum, carbon fiber and aramid to reduce weight . Julien Absalon was XC World Champion in 2006 and 2007 and won the gold medal with Fulcrum mountain bikes at the Beijing Olympic Games in 2008 .
