Fulya Kantarcıoğlu
Fulya Kantarcıoğlu (born February 17, 1948 in Ankara ) is a Turkish lawyer and a full member of the Turkish Constitutional Court .
career
Kantarcıoğlu graduated from the Law Faculty of Ankara University in 1969 . On March 7, 1979, she became rapporteur at the Turkish Constitutional Court and on July 27, 1992, she was appointed State Secretary to the Ministry of Justice . She was appointed a member of the State Council on October 20, 1994 and a full member of the Constitutional Court on December 19, 1995.
She is married and has two children.
