history

Alejandro Sabransky founded Funeris in 2014 as a solo project. style

The style of music played by Funeris is described as "darkly stately" Funeral Doom "with a strong sense of gravitas". The style variant is "not particularly surprising or groundbreaking, but well executed". Funeris use melodic arrangements and is characterized by growling and dominant guitar and keyboard playing. Reviewers Ian Morrissey and Riccardo Veronese draw parallels with the music of Skepticism . Morrissey also refers to Until Death Overtakes Me and Dreams of Dying Stars as a comparison.
