Furtarn

Furtarn is a district of the Upper Bavarian community Lengdorf in the district of Erding .

The small village with around 90 inhabitants is a direct south-western suburb of Lengdorf and is located directly on the left bank of the Isen .

When nurses (Hall / farm name) once the small simple castle was the noble v. Furtaner . The family that died out with Christopf Furtaler in 1554 includes Marquardt de Vutarin (1140), Leonhard and Kaspar Furtaler (both 1470). Nothing can be seen of the seat, so it is difficult to determine where it once stood. The last owner of Furtarn was the Electoral Chamberlain and Councilor President Max Ernst v. Idol green .
