Fuseau de Margot

The menhir Fuseau de Margot ( German  "Margots Spindel" - in the sense of spindle whorl - also called Menhir de la Touche-Bude ) is located south of Plédran in the Côtes-d'Armor department in Brittany in France . Several menhirs are known under similar names, especially in Brittany (e.g. Le Fuseau de Berthe , Menhir du Fuseau , Le Fuseau de Jeannette and Le Fuseau de la Madeleine ).

The menhir is about 3.2 m high, 1.9 m wide and 1.35 m thick. It is made of coarse-grained porphyry granite .

The menhir has been registered as a monument historique since 1965 .
