Günter Hefele

Günter Hefele (born August 13, 1940 in Fürth ; † September 26, 1990 there ) was a German politician ( SPD ).

Hefele attended elementary school and vocational school and trained as a high-voltage electrician. He graduated from the Nuremberg vocational school as a state-certified electrical engineer. From 1964 he was project manager for the planning and construction of energy supply systems.

In 1968 Hefele joined the SPD, where he was deputy chairman of the Fürth SPD. He was a city councilor in Fürth, where he was deputy parliamentary group chairman and from 1984 parliamentary group chairman. In the 1986 state elections , he was directly elected to the state parliament in the Fürth-Stadt constituency. However, since he died shortly before the end of the electoral term, there was no replacement.
