Günter Lange (politician)

Günter Lange (born March 21, 1915 in Hamburg , † January 13, 1975 in Bremen ) was a German politician ( CDU ).

Career

For a long time she attended elementary school in Langwedel and then secondary school in Verden / Aller. He completed an apprenticeship as a tanner in his father's company and voluntarily joined the Air Force. He had been a member of the NSDAP since May 1, 1933 ( membership number 2,576,681). He was used as a fighter and fighter pilot in World War II until the end of the war.

After his release from captivity, he set up a tannery in Langwedel. Later he concentrated on wholesaling leather and hides in his company. From 1948 he was active in the local council of Langwedel and from 1952 he was mayor and community director. In 1960 he moved into the district council. In the seventh electoral term he was from June 21, 1970 to June 20, 1975 a member of the Lower Saxony state parliament .
