Günter Lipphardt

Günter Lipphardt (born March 18, 1927 in Düsseldorf ; † June 29, 2017 ) was a German process engineer and university professor.

Life

Günter Lipphardt studied process engineering at the Technical University of Karlsruhe , where he became a member of the Corps Franconia in 1951 . In 1957 he was awarded a PhD from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering with a dissertation on the subject of “Partial condensation of mixture vapors”. PhD. He then moved to Hoechst AG , where he became director of the engineering department for planning and development. The University of Stuttgart appointed him honorary professor for energy process engineering. His main focus was on integrated environmental protection .

Günter Lipphardt was a member of the DECHEMA board.
