Günter Rosenkötter

Günter Rosenkötter is a German lawyer and professor emeritus at the University of Kehl .

Life

Rosenkötter did his doctorate in 1969 at the Albert-Ludwigs-Universität Freiburg on the subject of the blocking effect of the youth judge order according to § 45 Abs. 1 Satz 1 JGG . He has taught "since the beginning of the university" as a professor at the University of Kehl and has continued to work as a lawyer in Freiburg since retiring .

Act

A key aspect of his work is his textbook The Law of Administrative Offenses , which has appeared in several editions since 1981. "For many years this textbook was pretty much on its own [...] and has long been a reliable companion in the practice of administrative offense law."
