Günter Rudolph (born March 13, 1956 in Haldorf ) is a Hessian politician ( SPD ) and a member of the Hessian state parliament .

education and profession

After graduating from high school, Rudolph trained for the senior administrative service and worked for the city of Kassel from 1981 to 1995 .

politics

He has been a member of the SPD since 1972 and was chairman of the SPD sub-district Schwalm-Eder from 2004 to 2010.

Rudolph has been a community representative in Edermünde since 1977 and has been chairman of the SPD parliamentary group there since 1982. Furthermore, from 1985 to 1997 he was a member of the district committee of the Schwalm-Eder district and since 1997 a member of the district council of the Schwalm-Eder district and since 2002 chairman of the district parliamentary group.

In the Hessian state parliament he has been a member of the Hessian state parliament since April 5, 1995 and is currently a deputy member of the main committee, member of the council of elders, interior committee, presidium and state sports conference, deputy chairman of the NSU committee of inquiry 19/2 (UNA 19/2) and member of the parliamentary control commission Defense of Constitution.

Günter Rudolph has been the parliamentary managing director of the SPD parliamentary group since 2009 .
