Günther Eger

Günther Eger (born September 7, 1964 in Tegernsee ) is a former German bobsleigh driver. He started for SpVgg Unterhaching .

He won the bronze medal in the two-man bobsleigh at the 1992 Olympic Games in Albertville as a brakeman with his pilot Christoph Langen . At the 1992 European Championships at Königssee, he was also runner-up with Christoph Langen.

For winning the bronze medal, he received the silver laurel leaf from Federal President Richard von Weizsäcker on June 23, 1993 .
