Günther Huber (director)

Günther Huber ( 1951 - mid- August 2005 ) was an Austrian dramaturge and theater director .

Life

From the mid-1980s, Huber worked as a dramaturge and personal advisor to the artistic director Otto Schenk at the Theater in der Josefstadt . In the 1990s he went to the Stadttheater Aachen and successfully staged various plays there.

After his wife Sabine Sinjen (1942–1995) died early, he withdrew more and more. Huber died as a result of Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease .
