Günther Reichardt

Günther Reichardt (born December 25, 1929 ) is a German lawyer and politician ( FDP ).

Life

Reichardt completed a law degree at the University of Göttingen . After passing the second state examination in law in 1959, he worked until 1962 as a consultant for labor and social security law at the employers' associations in Wuppertal . Subsequently, he was managing director of two trade associations.

Reichardt was from 1956 to 1958 chairman of the Liberal Student Union (LSD). In this function he was an assessor in the FDP federal executive committee from 1956 to 1958 . 1957/58 he was Vice-President and 1981-1983 President of the Association of Liberal Academics . From 1969 to 1974 he was an alderman of the city of Wuppertal and from July 11, 1974 to July 5, 1978 State Secretary in the Lower Saxony Ministry of the Interior under Rötger Groß .

From 1978 to 1982 Reichardt worked as a lawyer for public building law in Hanover . He then took over the management of the environmental protection agency at the German Foundry Association in Düsseldorf .
