GFA League Second Division 1998/99

The 1998/1999 season of the GFA League Second Division , the second highest division in Gambian football, ended in 1999.

Ten teams played for the title in a round-trip round , so that 18 games were scheduled for each team. The two teams Flamemins Football Club and Saraba Football Club were relegated from the GFA League First Division and joined the league. The two teams Bakau United and Sky Power have been promoted from the GFA League Third Division .

At the end of the season, the bottom two Augustians Bathurst and Sky Power had to relegate to the third division. The two leading teams in the table, Flamemins Football Club and Bakau United, were allowed to move up to the First Division .

A final table is not used.
