GFA League Second Division 1999/2000

The 1999/2000 season of the GFA League Second Division , the second highest division in Gambian football, ended in 2000.

Ten teams played for the title in a round-trip round , so that 18 games were scheduled for each team. The two teams Serekunda United and NPE Football Club were relegated from the GFA League First Division and joined the league. The two teams Rising Stars and Young Africans Football Club rose from the GFA League Third Division .

At the end of the season, the bottom two Justice and NPE Football Club had to relegate to the Third Division. The two leading teams in the table, Gamtel Football Club and Kaira Silo, were promoted to the First Division .

A final table is not used.
