The GINChUK , also called the State Institute for Artistic Culture ( Russian Гинхук - Государственный институт художественной культуры ) was an art institute in Leningrad , which was established in the post-revolutionary Russia until the end of 1926 from the museum in Leningrad . It is the successor to the INChUK .
