The Gabare Glacier ( Bulgarian ледник Габаре lednik Gabare ) is a 9 km long and 2.6 km wide glacier in the west Antarctic Ellsworthland . In the Petvar Heights of the southeast Sentinel Range in the Ellsworth Mountains, it flows northwest of the Diwdjadowo Glacier , northeast of the head end of Carey Glacier and southeast of the Drama Glacier in an easterly direction to leave the mountains east-southeast of Long Peak .
American scientists mapped it in 1988. The Bulgarian Commission for Antarctic Geographical Names named it in 2012 after the town of Gabare in northwestern Bulgaria .
