Gabriel Eisele

Gabriel Eisele (* 1801 in Trochtelfingen , Principality of Hohenzollern , † 1858 / 1859 ) was a German veterinarian .

He was born the son of the butcher Johann Eisele and his wife Agatha Emele. Eisele studied veterinary medicine in Stuttgart and was then employed in Sigmaringen in 1824 as a court and senior veterinarian . In 1847 he was appointed state veterinarian. Eisele was also a member of the estates of the Principality of Hohenzollern-Sigmaringen . He wrote and published several veterinary papers. One of his sons was the legal historian Fridolin Eisele .
