Werner Prauß (born October 26, 1933 - † March 7, 2013 ) was a German football player who was active for the Saarland national team .

Career

He played for TuS Herrensohr from 1955 to 1956 before moving to 1. FC Saarbrücken . With this he stood among other things in the semi-finals of the DFB-Pokal 1956/57 , as well as in group 1 of the preliminary round of the German championship 1960/61 . In 1963 he switched back to TuS Herrensohr.

He was also used on June 3, 1956 in a friendly against the reserve of the Portuguese national team ; the game ended 0-0.
