Gabriel Hieromonachos

Gabriel Hieromonachos ( bl. Around 1450) was a Byzantine music theorist of the 15th century.

As with most late Byzantine melodies and hymnographs, no exact dates of life are known, clues can only be found in his works. This includes, in particular, a treatise on church chant .
