Gabriela Konevska-Trajkovska

Gabriela Konevska-Trajkovska ( Macedonian Габриела Конеска-Трајковска , born Gabriela Konevska ; born May 29, 1971 in Skopje ; † February 10, 2010 ibid) was a Macedonian politician.

After studying law at the University of Skopje , she worked as a journalist with Macedonian Television in 1993 and later became chairman of the Anti- Corruption - NGO transparentnosť . From 2006 to 2008 she was Deputy Prime Minister in the government of Nikola Gruevski and was responsible for the integration of Macedonia into the European Union .

She died after a serious illness at the age of 38. She left behind her husband, the general director of the Macedonian tax office Goran Trajkovski, and a three-year-old daughter.
