Gado-Gado sauce paste

A spice paste that is used in Indonesian cuisine is called Gado-Gado sauce paste . The sauce paste is derived from “Gado-Gado”, a salad made from cooked Indonesian mixed vegetables, which is dressed with sauce paste and served with lontong and krupuk (crab chips).

It consists of: garlic , chili , shrimp paste , Laospulver , brown sugar , peanut butter , coconut milk and lemon juice .
