Gallery des Eaux Vives

The Galerie des Eaux Vives was a small art gallery in Zurich in which abstract and concrete artists from the Allianz group exhibited.

history

The gallery was founded by Hansegger and was considered a "trend gallery". From 1944 to 1945 the gallery published the bulletin Abstract, concrete . Exhibition volumes of the artist group Allianz with works / texts by Hansegger, Johannes Sorge , Max Bill and Ugo Pirogallo were published as Éditions des Eaux-Vives . In 1947 the Hansegger gallery was closed.
