Galina Alexandrowna Mesenzewa ( Russian Галина Александровна Мезенцева , scientific transl .: Galina Aleksandrovna Mezenceva; born August 13, 1979 ) is a former Russian biathlete .

Internationally, Mesenzewa made his international debut in 2003 in Ridnaun in the Biathlon European Cup and was there 20th in a sprint and 17th in the pursuit race based on it, thus winning her first points. Further results in the points followed without the Russian being able to achieve better individual placements. Further appearances followed in 2004 at the IBU Grand Prix in Khanty-Mansiysk , where she was 18th in the sprint, 20th in the pursuit and 14th in the mass start race. In the further course of the year he was deployed at the very first Summer Biathlon European Championships in 2004 in Clausthal-Zellerfeld . Mesentseva finished seventh in the sprint race and fifth in the pursuit. In 2003 she became Russian champion in the summer biathlon in the 4 × 4 km cross-country relay. In 2004 she won the Russian biathlon championship in sprint and 20 km patrol, and in 2005 in relay and mixed relay.
