life and career

The artist gained fame in 2018 when, in addition to his work as a supplier of sushi dishes, he published videos as part of his YouTube series Makak . In May 2019 he signed his first recording deal with Rec. 118 , an offshoot of Warner Music France . With his first title La guenav he first achieved popularity as a rapper. A little later, the single Oulalah was released . However, his final breakthrough came with the song Hé oh , which was released on August 9, 2019. At the end of September 2019, he reached the top of the French single charts for the first time . The next single Popopop was released at the beginning of October 2019 . On the first day, it was accessed over 875,000 times on the Spotify streaming platform . In France, he immediately reached number one in the singles charts and thus detached himself from the top.

His earlier influences were mainly influenced by American rap music, including rapper Chief Keef .
